"If you are staying in/near broadus, this is the ONLY option you should consider. There is another establishment around that corner that does a lot of advertising. Do not fall for the trap! Sagebrush Inn is cleans, newly updated, and has great service!!"

"A very nice surprise. Rooms are equipped fully along with a free laundry room that includes detergent and dryer sheets. If service is needed a simple phone call will take care of it."

"Appearances are deceiving. Doesn't look like much but it's a cute little inn with good laundry facilities and a massage chair."

"The Sagebrush in was a great place to stay when our car broke down and we were stuck in Broadus for a few days. Brandi was super helpful and let us check into our room early. The hotel is clean and has lots of amenities like laundry, a massage chair, and more. Location is great also!"
