"we stayed here on 12-19-25. at first we were a little put off by having to call to book a room as no one was on site. it worked wonderfully and the room was super. i would recommend this lovely place to anyone. and the price was reasonable."

"If you are staying in/near broadus, this is the ONLY option you should consider. There is another establishment around that corner that does a lot of advertising. Do not fall for the trap! Sagebrush Inn is cleans, newly updated, and has great service!!"

"A very nice surprise. Rooms are equipped fully along with a free laundry room that includes detergent and dryer sheets. If service is needed a simple phone call will take care of it."
